How to get the key service
01. Reconciling deposits and collecting together

In the prescribed form of the person or organization, in the form prescribed by the government, in the prescribed form of the State Acquisition and Tenancy Act 1950, nomination-deposited dismissal-submitted consolidations and records are amended. This service takes 45 working days. It costs 250 taka.
0. Providing Agricultural Khas Zamm settlement

In the prescribed form by the Government of the landless persons, the application is accompanied by a policy paragraph settlement of the Agricultural Khas Zammi Settlement Agreement. It has to be submitted to the Assistant Commissioner (Land). Landless selection, upazila and district committees take 90 days to approve.
 
03. Non-agricultural Khas Zammi For long term settlement or application of the applicant, in order to apply for non-agricultural Khas Zammi long term settlement policy, the settlement is provided at market price in different categories, so it is necessary for the Deputy Commissioner to apply. After a total of 90 days of time, including investigation, recording of the records and approval of the land ministry.
